1. General Terms

3.3 Account Accuracy

Failure to comply with such requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of account services, including withdrawals.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

• The account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing registered account.

• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to dhaka75.

Where an account is closed by dhaka75 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus credits — may be forfeited at dhaka75's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where no breach has occurred, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in or placed any wager for a continuous period of 12 months. dhaka75 may charge a monthly account maintenance fee of up to ৳100 on dormant accounts after this 12-month period has elapsed. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete an identity re-verification if prompted.
